It is comprised of all of the elected Trusted Servants, Officers, Subcommittee Chairpersons and Project Coordinators. The Area Board is tasked with oversight, budgeting, and planning.
The Board also coordinates the annual planning assembly and develops a budget and project plans for review, input, and approval of the Groups.

Attendance at the Area Board is open to all interested
NA members.

@Group service representatives bear great responsibility. While GSRs are
elected by and accountable to the group, they are not mere group messengers.
They are selected by their groups to serve as active members of the area service
committee. As such, they are responsible to act in the best interests of NA as a
whole, not solely as advocates of their own groups’ priorities.

The Area Committee is
intended to focus on the Service issues and
does most of the work in NA that could distract
the Groups from focusing on their Primary
Purpose: carrying the message to the addict that
still suffers.

Attendance at the Area Committee is open to all interested
NA members and each NA Group is
encouraged to send it’s Group Service
Representatives (GSR).

The Group Support Forum (GSF) is intended to focus solely on the Groups issues and is ran by the Groups for the Groups.

Attendance at the GSF is open to all interested NA members and each NA Group is encouraged to send it’s Group Service Representatives (GSR). It is a great way to get introduced to service work in NA.

Groups can make NA literature orders at the GSF as well as drop off Groups 7th Tradition donations.

The Activities Subcommittee organizes dances, picnics, camp-outs and speaker meetings. We are currently exploring Virtual Activities and Events alternatives. Activities like these help to provide a greater sense of unity for the Chelan & Douglas Counties Area NA Fellowship.

The Literature Subcommittee provides access to NA literature for Chelan & Douglas Counties Area Home Groups of NA.

Literature is not currently holding meetings.
